We want you to buy with confidence and full clarity. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product, subscription or service from Built From Scratch.

All Sales Are Final.

Built From Scratch does not offer refunds on services that have been provided, on subscriptions, or on products that have already been delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Services Provided

Fees paid for services — including consulting, coaching, speaking engagements and any custom or one-on-one work — are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the engagement has begun. Because our time and preparation are committed to you, these fees cannot be returned.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Community memberships and other subscription-based Services are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you will retain access through the end of your current paid period. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling does not generate a refund for amounts already paid. If you return later, the current membership rate will apply.

Products That Have Been Delivered

Digital products and physical products — including the book, downloadable resources and course materials — are non-refundable once they have been delivered, accessed or shipped. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Built From Scratch and, where required, in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
