Your starting point may be a job that barely covers your bills, $500 you’ve finally managed to save, an idea you don’t know how to turn into a business, or a prison sentence that has you now thinking about what life will look like when it’s all said and done. You may already know how to hustle and make money but have never been taught how to turn those instincts into ownership and long-term wealth. Built From Scratch starts there.

Jermaine knows what it means to take what is in front of you and figure out how to make more of it. The streets taught him how to recognize opportunity, sell, build relationships and survive. As his life changed, he learned how to apply those abilities to business, insurance, investing and real estate. He went from hustling for money to building businesses and creating wealth.

That experience is why we believe people need more than motivation. Telling somebody to invest doesn’t help if they don’t understand investing or believe they don’t have enough money to begin. Telling somebody to start a business doesn’t answer the question of what they can realistically build with the resources they have right now. We want to answer those questions.
