When you submit a form on this site (contact, speaking, book or consulting), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization and message. When you book a consulting session, we also collect the option you selected, your chosen time slot (if any) and the date you accepted our terms.

Form submissions are sent by email to the Built From Scratch team so we can respond to you. Booking details are stored in our database so we can manage your session and send confirmation emails. We use your information only to respond to you and provide the services you request.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored on this website.

Some links take you to third-party sites, such as our online community platform or Amazon. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate this site and deliver our services, or when required by law.
